What is Mustard Seeds?

Mustard Seeds was specially written for children in grades three and four. The program was made possible by a grant from a Fort Worth Foundation.

 

When

It begins on Saturday morning at 10 AM and concludes about 3 PM.

Location - Church of the Redeemer, Irving

Where:

Mustard Seeds will be held in churches.

 

Mustard Seeds #7 -

 

Who can Attend:

Any baptized youth in grades 3 & 4.  You do not have to be an Episcopalian to attend.

 

Staff:

A team of adults and clergy and older teens who will serve as group leaders staff it.

 

What happens:

While the clergy will give several talks, most of the short talks will be given by teens that will witness to the younger youth. This event helps children see themselves as God sees them.  Using Biblical characters, skits, games, graphics and music, Mustard Seeds attempts to teach the children about faith and help them to learn about their own faith.

 

What to bring:

Please leave all electronic devices and toys at home.

 

Cost:

The cost is $20 per person for youth and adults.

 

How to register:

Please fill out both sides of the enclosed registration form and return it to us. Payment can be made in cash, check, or charged on Master Card, Visa or Discover.  Registrations can be faxed to the Renewal Center at 214-351-3992 or metro 972-445-5095.  Please mail or bring the original with your payment.
